All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
